FREE SUNDAY MORNINGS IN MARCH, JUNE AND
SEPTEMBER AT THE BRANDYWINE RIVER MUSEUM

Discover a wonderful world of art at the Brandywine River Museum during Free Sunday Mornings. Free museum admission will be offered from 9:30 a.m. until noon on Sundays in March, June and September, 2004. In March, visitors will see Ericksons by Andrew Wyeth, a traveling exhibition of 31 works by Andrew Wyeth of Siri Erickson and her father. The museum will host three exhibitions in June, Extreme Creamware: Surprising Forms and Diverse Decorations, The Kuerner Farm, and Gifts to the Collection from Jane Collette Wilcox. In September, guests will enjoy Revere's Ride and Longfellow's Legend. Museum guides will be available in the galleries to answer questions about the art and provide further information to enhance every visitor's experience.

Children can explore the museum's galleries with a "Discovery Game" that will test their powers of observation as they search for objects represented in works of art.

Audio tours of the museum collection will be available for $3. Guided tours of the N.C. Wyeth House and Studio and the Kuerner Farm will be available in June and September each for an additional $5.

New annual family memberships to the Brandywine River Museum can also be purchased for 25% off the regular price during Free Sunday Mornings. Pre-registration for Free Sunday Mornings is not necessary.

The Brandywine River Museum is located on U.S. Route 1 in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania. The museum is open daily, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Regular admission is $8 for adults; $5 for seniors, students and children ages 6-12; free for children under six and members.
