Brandywine River Museum and Longwood Gardens
Offer Combined Discounted Admission Tickets

CHADDS FORD, PA — This summer, the Brandywine River Museum and Longwood Gardens have joined together to offer a combined discounted admission ticket. For $19, visitors can purchase one ticket to both Brandywine Valley attractions.

Valid through August 31, 2006, the discounted ticket provides a savings of $3 per person. Tickets can be purchased at the Brandywine River Museum or Longwood Gardens. This offer may not be used with other discounts. For more information, please call 610-388-1000, ext. 100.

Exhibiting American art in a 19th-century gristmill, the Brandywine River Museum is internationally known for its unparalleled collection of works by three generations of Wyeths and its outstanding collection of American illustration, still life and landscape painting. Longwood Gardens is the world’s premier horticultural showplace, known for its opulent gardens, majestic fountains and summertime concerts. In 2006, Longwood is celebrating its Centennial with a year of special events, exhibits and displays. Located on U.S. Route 1 in Kennett Square, four and one half miles from the Brandywine River Museum, Longwood is open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (extended hours until 10 p.m. on Tuesday, Friday and Saturday through September 2).
