ANNUAL BONSAI SHOW
(May 2003, #016)


WHAT: An outstanding selection of bonsai (ornamental trees and shrubs whose growth is stunted using an ancient Asian craft) will be on display in the Brandywine River Museum Courtyard. Members of the Brandywine Bonsai Society will be present to demonstrate handling techniques and answer questions regarding special care of the trees.

WHEN: Saturday, May 31 and Sunday, June 1
9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

WHERE: Brandywine River Museum
U.S. Route 1 and PA Route 100
Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania

ADMISSION: Free with general museum admission
($6 for adults; $3 for senior citizens and students;
free for children under six and Brandywine Conservancy members).
