Celebrating its 29th season, the Critter workshop has been convening since March, collecting acorns, pine cones and other natural materials that make these whimsical and decorative Christmas ornaments. Talented volunteers have been busy elves crafting these one-of-a-kind ornaments from natural materials found in woodlands, fields and gardens.

Delightful critters, angels, and stars are displayed on trees throughout the museum. New this year is a 36" wreath adorned with critters depicting characters from Charles Dickens", "A Christmas Carol." Additional decorated trees include Storybook, Circus, Musical and Angel themes. The Materials Tree showcases plant materials in their natural state. Other displays re-create scenes of "The Little Old Woman Who Lost Her Shoe," "The Seven Dwarfs," "Noah's Ark," and "Santa and His Reindeer."
